Together, we are building the Metabolic Health Brand of tomorrow. As the weight management market is splitting in two: pharmaceutical injections and generic supplements - we are building the brand that owns the space in between.

Supported by leading scientists and research studies, and backed by Germany's most successful consumer investor, we are taking on the challenge to build for real people. Efficient, joyful, and empowering products - the combination for a generational love brand.

We are currently in stealth mode and preparing (with you) for our public launch this Fall.

About the position

Organic marketing sits at the heart of our growth. We are social-first and build on educational content to fuel growth and brand love. As our Social & Community Manager, you will be one of the visible faces of the brand, shaping how we show up across platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Organic Social. You run our social presence end to end - Instagram, TikTok, and whatever comes next.

• Community. You turn followers into believers and believers into advocates.

• Partnerships. You identify and close the brand activations that expand our world - wellness studios, complementary brands, media.

• On camera. Showing up personally is part of how modern brands build trust.

About you

• Native to social and comfortable on camera. You know what makes content stop the scroll and why some formats compound over time.

• Brand instinct. You understand why brands work, how they need to look, and how they need to feel.

• Fluent-level German with sharp writing and a feel for German culture.

• You lead with boldness. You push past the safe option - because you know that memorable brands take a stance.

• Bonus: You studied natural sciences (like medicine, biology, nutrition, or dietetics) and ended up in social media. This role was written for you.
